CVE-2026-33332 is a Denial of Service vulnerability affecting NiceGUI, a Python-based UI framework, in versions prior to 3.9.0. This flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to manipulate a user-controlled query parameter in media streaming functions, bypassing chunked streaming and forcing the server to load entire large files into memory. This can lead to excessive memory consumption, degraded performance, or server crashes, resulting in a CVSS 7.5 HIGH severity. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code, or significant community discussion regarding this vulnerability. Organizations using NiceGUI should upgrade to version 3.9.0 or later to mitigate this risk.
