CVE-2026-23536 is a high-severity path traversal vulnerability (CWE-22) in the Feast Feature Server's /read-document endpoint, enabling an unauthenticated remote attacker to read any file accessible to the server process. This flaw allows an attacker to bypass intended access restrictions with low complexity by sending a specially crafted HTTP POST request. The potential impact is high confidentiality, as sensitive system files, application configurations, and credentials could be retrieved (CVSS 7.5).
