This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to initiate arbitrary web requests from the web application by manipulating the 'url' parameter within the 'template_proxy' function. With a CVSS score of 7.2 (HIGH), this vulnerability has a low attack complexity and can lead to partial confidentiality and integrity impacts.
