CVE-2025-67090 describes an authentication vulnerability in the LuCI web interface of GL.Inet AX1800 firmware versions 4.6.4 and 4.6.8. The flaw, categorized as CWE-307 (Improper Restriction of Excessive Authentication Attempts), allows an unauthenticated attacker on the local network to perform unlimited password guesses against the admin interface due to the lack of rate limiting or account lockout mechanisms. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 5.1) could lead to unauthorized access and potential compromise of the device.
