It allows inactive users with active sessions to maintain access and self-reactivate their accounts, bypassing administrative controls. With a CVSS score of 8.8, this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, potentially leading to full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
