CVE-2025-32012 is a high-severity denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Jellyfin media servers versions 10.9.0 through 10.10.6. An unauthenticated attacker can spoof their IP address to appear as a local network device, allowing them to trigger a server restart via the /System/Restart endpoint. This enables a denial-of-service attack by repeatedly restarting the server. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 7.5 (High) due to its network attack vector, low attack complexity, and high impact on availability. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code, or significant community discussion regarding this CVE.
