CVE-2025-31353 is a critical SQL injection vulnerability affecting all versions of Siemens TeleControl Server Basic prior to V3.1.2.2. An authenticated remote attacker can exploit this flaw via the 'UpdateOpcSettings' method to bypass authorization, read/write to the database, and execute code with NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService privileges. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (High), successful exploitation requires network access to port 8000 on the vulnerable system.
