CVE-2025-30148 is a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Silverstripe Framework prior to version 5.3.23. An authenticated attacker with content editing privileges could inject a JavaScript payload on the front end of a Silverstripe site by sending a specially crafted, encoded payload that bypasses server-side sanitization. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 5.4) has a low attack complexity and requires user interaction, potentially leading to limited impact on confidentiality and integrity.
