This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to mark arbitrary form submissions as failed by guessing or enumerating valid submission IDs through the confirmScaPayment() function. Rated Medium severity (CVSS 5.3), the vulnerability requires no user interaction and has a low impact on integrity (I:L), as it only allows modification of submission status, not data exfiltration or system compromise.
