CVE-2024-7045 is an improper access control vulnerability in open-webui/open-webui version v0.3.8, allowing authenticated attackers to view any prompts, including those created by administrators. The vulnerability stems from insufficient authorization checks when accessing the /api/v1/prompts/ interface, enabling attackers to retrieve prompt IDs and subsequently arbitrary prompt information.
