CVE-2024-4599 is a remote denial-of-service vulnerability in LAN Messenger version 3.4.0. An unauthenticated attacker can crash the service by sending a continuous, excessively long string via UDP. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, leading to a complete loss of availability.
