CVE-2024-3183 is a high-severity vulnerability in FreeIPA, affecting Red Hat Enterprise Linux and its various editions. It allows an authenticated attacker to retrieve Kerberos tickets encrypted with a principal's key, which can then be taken offline and subjected to brute-force attacks to discover user passwords.
