CVE-2024-29152 is a high-severity information disclosure vulnerability (CVSS 7.5) affecting various Samsung Exynos processors and modems, including the Exynos 980, 990, 1080, 2100, 2200, 1280, 1380, 1330, 2400, and associated modems. The flaw stems from insufficient state checking within the baseband software when processing Radio Resource Control (RRC) Reconfiguration messages. This vulnerability could allow an unauthenticated attacker to remotely disclose sensitive information without user interaction.
