CVE-2024-10001 is a code injection vulnerability in GitHub Enterprise Server versions prior to 3.11.16, 3.12.10, 3.13.5, 3.14.2, and 3.15.0. It allows attackers to inject malicious code via the identity property in the message handling function, leading to sensitive data exfiltration, including authentication tokens. Rated 7.1 HIGH (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:H/I:L/A:N), successful exploitation requires a logged-in victim to interact with a malicious webpage. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code, or significant community discussion.
