CVE-2023-48784 is a format string vulnerability in FortiOS versions 7.4.1 and below, 7.2.7 and below, and all versions of 7.0 and 6.4. This flaw allows a local, privileged super-admin with CLI access to execute arbitrary code or commands through specially crafted requests. With a CVSS score of 6.7 (Medium), exploitation requires high privileges and local access, but can lead to high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
