CVE-2023-38366 is a directory traversal vulnerability affecting IBM FileNet Content Manager versions 5.5.8.0, 5.5.10.0, and 5.5.11.0. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by sending a specially crafted URL with "dot dot" sequences to view arbitrary files on the system. With a CVSS score of 5.3 (Medium), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, potentially leading to information disclosure.
