CVE-2022-43932 is an injection vulnerability in the CGI component of Synology Router Manager (SRM) versions prior to 1.2.5-8227-6 and 1.3.1-9346-3. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read arbitrary files on affected Synology routers. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, leading to a high impact on confidentiality. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation, and it has received minimal community discussion or media coverage.
