CVE-2022-38708 describes a critical Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in IBM Cognos Analytics versions 11.1.7, 11.2.0, and 11.2.1. This flaw, stemming from the construction of URLs using user-controlled data, allows unauthenticated attackers to make arbitrary requests to internal networks or local file systems.
