CVE-2022-37358

CVE-2022-37358 is a high-severity vulnerability affecting PDF-XChange Editor, allowing remote code execution. It stems from a write-past-end-of-buffer error during JPG file parsing, which can be triggered when a user opens a specially crafted malicious JPG file. While user interaction is required, successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary code execution in the context of the current process.
