CVE-2022-36074 is an information exposure vulnerability affecting Nextcloud Server and Nextcloud Enterprise Server versions prior to 23.0.7 and 24.0.3, and 22.2.11 respectively. This flaw allows an attacker to gain unauthorized access to user accounts due to the server failing to strip the Authorization header during an HTTP downgrade. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, potentially leading to complete compromise of user accounts.
