CVE-2022-36014 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting TensorFlow, an open-source machine learning platform. Specifically, the vulnerability occurs when the mlir::tfg::TFOp::nameAttr function receives null type list attributes, leading to a crash. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability can be exploited remotely without authentication or user interaction, resulting in a complete loss of availability. While there are no known workarounds, patches are available in TensorFlow 2.10.0 and will be backported to versions 2.9.1, 2.8.1, and 2.7.2.
