CVE-2022-3043 is a high-severity heap buffer overflow vulnerability affecting Google Chrome and Chrome OS versions prior to 105.0.5195.52, as well as related Fedora Project distributions. This flaw allows a remote attacker to potentially corrupt memory and execute arbitrary code if they can trick a user into specific UI interactions on a crafted HTML page. With a CVSS score of 8.8 (High), it presents a significant risk of full confidentiality, integrity, and availability compromise.
