CVE-2022-27189 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting F5 BIG-IP versions 16.1.x, 15.1.x, 14.1.x, 13.1.x, 12.1.x, and 11.6.x when an ICAP profile is configured on a virtual server. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to remotely trigger increased memory utilization in the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM), leading to a denial of service. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), the attack requires no user interaction and has high availability impact.
