A specially crafted VxLAN packet can cause the Layer 2 Address Learning Manager (L2ALM) process to crash, leading to a sustained Denial of Service (DoS) via FPC reboots. This vulnerability has a CVSS score of 6.5 (Medium), indicating it can be exploited by an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker with low complexity to achieve high availability impact.
