CVE-2021-22124 is an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability affecting FortiSandbox versions 3.0.0 through 3.2.2 and FortiAuthenticator before 6.0.6. An unauthenticated attacker can trigger a denial of service by sending specially crafted, long request parameters to the login modules, rendering the device unresponsive. Rated with a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, leading to a complete loss of availability.
