CVE-2021-22101 is an unauthenticated denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Cloud Controller versions prior to 1.118.0 in Cloud Foundry capi-release and cf-deployment. Unauthenticated attackers can exploit this by sending REST HTTP requests with label_selectors to V3 endpoints, generating large SQL queries that cause a denial of service. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction, leading to a complete loss of availability.
