CVE-2021-21607 affects Jenkins versions 2.274 and earlier, and LTS 2.263.1 and earlier. This medium-severity vulnerability (CVSS 6.5) allows an authenticated attacker to craft specific URLs for graph rendering, which, due to a lack of size limits on query parameters, can consume all available memory on the Jenkins instance. This can lead to denial-of-service through out-of-memory errors. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
