CVE-2020-4875 describes an XML External Entity (XXE) injection vulnerability in IBM Cognos Controller versions 10.4.0, 10.4.1, and 10.4.2. This flaw allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to expose sensitive information or cause a denial of service by consuming memory resources. With a CVSS score of 8.2 (High), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity and no user interaction required. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this CVE.
