CVE-2020-4469 is a critical remote code execution vulnerability affecting IBM Spectrum Protect Plus versions 10.1.0 through 10.1.5. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this flaw, which stems from an incomplete fix for CVE-2020-4211, by sending a specially crafted HTTP command. This allows for complete compromise of the system, including confidentiality, integrity, and availability, as reflected by its CVSS v3.1 score of 9.8 (Critical). Despite its high severity and ease of exploitation (AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N), there is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
