This flaw occurs when a new security rule is installed in ipcrtr while an old, still-in-use rule is deleted, potentially leading to memory corruption. With a CVSS score of 7.8 (High), successful exploitation could grant a local attacker high confidentiality, integrity, and availability impacts with low attack complexity.
