CVE-2020-3247 describes multiple critical vulnerabilities in the REST API of Cisco UCS Director and Cisco UCS Director Express for Big Data. These flaws, including authentication bypass and directory traversal, allow a remote attacker to gain full control over affected devices. With a CVSS score of 9.8 (CRITICAL), the vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with no user interaction, leading to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Despite its high severity and EPSS score, there is currently no public exploit code available, and it has not been observed in active exploitation or discussed within the cybersecurity community.
