CVE-2020-28609 is a high-severity code execution vulnerability affecting the Nef polygon-parsing functionality in CGAL libcgal CGAL-5.1.1 and related Debian packages. This flaw, stemming from out-of-bounds read and type confusion issues, can be triggered by a specially crafted malformed file, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to achieve code execution with user interaction.
