An error in the challenge-response mechanism allows an unauthenticated attacker to replay authentication traffic, gaining unauthorized access to protected web application areas. This vulnerability carries a CVSS v3.1 score of 8.8 (High), indicating a severe risk with high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
