CVE-2019-7930 describes a file upload restriction bypass vulnerability in Magento versions 2.1.x prior to 2.1.18, 2.2.x prior to 2.2.9, and 2.3.x prior to 2.3.2. An authenticated administrator can manipulate configuration files via the import feature, leading to the removal of file upload restrictions. This critical flaw, rated 7.2 HIGH on CVSS, allows for arbitrary code execution if a malicious file is subsequently uploaded and executed. There is currently no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code, or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
