CVE-2019-7390 describes an incorrect access control vulnerability in D-Link DIR-823G devices running firmware 1.02B03. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to hijack the DNS service configuration for all WLAN clients via the SetWanSettings HNAP API. With a CVSS score of 8.6 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low complexity, leading to high integrity impact by allowing attackers to redirect DNS traffic.
