CVE-2019-6980 describes an insecure object deserialization vulnerability within the IMAP component of Synacor Zimbra Collaboration Suite versions 8.7.x through 8.8.11. This critical vulnerability, with a CVSS score of 9.8, allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code with high impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Despite its severity and high EPSS score, there is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
