CVE-2019-6819 is a Denial of Service vulnerability (CWE-754) affecting Schneider Electric Modicon M340 (firmware < V3.01), M580 (firmware < V2.80), Quantum, and Premium controllers. An unauthenticated attacker can trigger a DoS by sending specially crafted Modbus frames over the network. With a CVSS v3.1 score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability has a high impact on availability and requires no user interaction. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
