CVE-2019-5171 is a command injection vulnerability in the iocheckd service of WAGO PFC 200 Firmware version 03.02.02(14). An attacker can exploit this by sending specially crafted packets to manipulate an XML file, leading to arbitrary command execution. This vulnerability is rated High severity (CVSS 7.8) due to its local attack vector, low attack complexity, and high potential impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Successful exploitation allows an authenticated local attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the affected device.
