CVE-2019-3951 is a critical stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability affecting Advantech WebAccess versions prior to 8.4.3. This flaw allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service by sending specially crafted IOCTL 70533 RPC messages. With a CVSS score of 9.8, this vulnerability is highly severe, requiring no user interaction and enabling complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
