CVE-2019-2771 is a high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 8.2) affecting Oracle BI Publisher (formerly XML Publisher) versions 11.1.1.9.0 and 12.2.1.3.0. This easily exploitable flaw allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system, though it requires user interaction. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized data modification, deletion, or creation, partial data disclosure, and a partial denial of service.
