CVE-2019-25465 is a high-severity directory traversal vulnerability (CVSS 7.5) affecting Hisilicon HiIpcam V100R003. Unauthenticated attackers can exploit directory listing in the cgi-bin directory to access sensitive configuration files. Specifically, requesting the getadslattr.cgi endpoint allows retrieval of ADSL credentials and network parameters, including usernames, passwords, and DNS settings, resulting in a high impact on confidentiality. The attack vector is network-based with low complexity and requires no user interaction. Currently, there is no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion surrounding this vulnerability.
