CVE-2019-2489 is a critical vulnerability in the Oracle One-to-One Fulfillment component of Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.3 through 12.2.8. This easily exploitable flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, as well as complete unauthorized access to all accessible data within the One-to-One Fulfillment component. With a CVSS v3.0 Base Score of 9.1 (Critical), the vulnerability has high confidentiality and integrity impacts.
