CVE-2019-1929 describes multiple arbitrary code execution vulnerabilities in Cisco Webex Network Recording Player and Cisco Webex Player for Microsoft Windows, affecting Webex Business Suite, Meetings Online, and Meetings Server. The vulnerabilities stem from improper validation of ARF and WRF files. An attacker could exploit this by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted file, leading to arbitrary code execution with the user's privileges. While rated High severity (CVSS 7.8) due to its local attack vector and high impact, there is no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion.
