CVE-2019-1885 is a high-severity vulnerability in the Redfish protocol of Cisco Integrated Management Controller (IMC) and several Cisco UCS products, including UCS C125 M5 and UCS S3260. It allows an authenticated, remote attacker to inject and execute arbitrary commands with root privileges due to insufficient input validation. The attack complexity is low, requiring only network access and high privileges, and successful exploitation leads to complete compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is no evidence of active exploitation, public exploit code (Metasploit, Nuclei, ExploitDB), or significant community discussion or media coverage.
