CVE-2019-18609 is a critical integer overflow vulnerability in rabbitmq-c 0.9.0, specifically within the amqp_handle_input function, affecting canonical, debian, fedoraproject, and rabbitmq_c_project. A malicious AMQP server can exploit this by returning a crafted frame header, leading to heap memory corruption via an undersized buffer and subsequent memcpy operation.
