CVE-2019-1676 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) software versions prior to 2.3.9. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this by sending a specially crafted Session Description Protocol (SDP) message to the CMS call bridge, leading to a reload of the server and a DoS condition for all connected clients. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (HIGH), this vulnerability has a low attack complexity and requires no user interaction or privileges. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
