CVE-2019-13545

CVE-2019-13545 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting Horner Automation Cscape versions 9.90 and earlier. This flaw allows an attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution due to improper data validation, leading to writes outside of intended memory buffers. Rated 7.8 HIGH on CVSS, it requires local access and user interaction for exploitation, but successful attacks can lead to full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. There is currently no public exploit code available, nor is there evidence of active exploitation or significant community discussion.
