CVE-2019-12822 is a header parsing vulnerability in Embedthis GoAhead versions prior to 4.1.1 and 5.0.1. This flaw allows an attacker to trigger a memory assertion, out-of-bounds memory reference, and potential Denial of Service (DoS) by sending a specially crafted HTTP request containing a colon on a line by itself. With a CVSS score of 7.5 (High), this vulnerability is easily exploitable over the network with low attack complexity, leading to high availability impact.
