CVE-2019-12636 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the web-based management interface of Cisco Small Business Smart and Managed Switches. An unauthenticated, remote attacker could exploit this by tricking an authenticated user into clicking a malicious link. This high-severity vulnerability (CVSS 8.8) allows an attacker to perform arbitrary actions with the victim's privileges, potentially leading to configuration changes, command execution, or denial of service if the user has administrative access.
