CVE-2019-10353 describes a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Jenkins versions 2.185 and earlier, and LTS 2.176.1 and earlier, where CSRF tokens did not expire. This flaw allows attackers who can obtain these persistent tokens to bypass Jenkins' CSRF protection mechanisms.
